NWL Pathology laboratories are committed to providing a quality, diagnostic service supporting the clinical requirements of all users.
A quality pathology service ensures the management of the laboratory relates to the needs and requirements of its users.
The Imperial Pathology User Satisfaction Survey is distributed annually to users of the Pathology Service and the feedback is used to help with the continuous evaluation of our service, helping us to improve provision and plan our service priorities.
Our 2017 pathology user satisfaction survey is now Closed.
