Morphology/Kruger analysis


Test Background
The overall physical structure (morphology) of sperm can be microscopically examined to determine abnormalities associated with the head, mid-piece or tail regions. A morphological analysis as determined using the Kruger strict criteria is the method of choice to provide a predictive index for the likelihood of a sperm to fertilise the egg in an impending IVF programme.
