Ciclosporin is an immunosuppressant that is typically employed in the prophylaxis and treatment of graft-versus-host disease following tissue/organ transplantation, eg. bone marrow, heart, kidney, liver, pancreas and lung.

Therapeutic drug monitoring Assessment of toxicity (particularly nephrotoxicity)
