Test Background
The presence of red cell antibodies circulating within the patient’s plasma could result in the destruction of any transfused red cells expressing those particular antigens.


Clinical Indications
To determine if there are any red cell antibodies of potential clinical significance.


Reference Range

Negative (ie. no circulating antibodies).
