Imperial Pathology user satisfaction survey

Thank you to all of our users for participating in the 2017 User satisfaction survey for the Pathology Service provided on the Imperial and Chelsea & Westminster Hospital sites.

The completion of the survey is very important  to seek Pathology User views of the service provided by laboratories at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and to make suggestions for development of services to meet changing clinical requirements, helping to improve provision & plan service priorities.

The survey results are under review and a full summary of the survey will be published on the website in the coming months.

We are pleased to report that 88% of participants in the survey responded that they agreed or were neutral to the statement that the overall Pathology service met the needs of our users.

Where participants have left their contact details in the survey alongside comments about the service, the Pathology Quality Team will be in touch to discuss the comments and what we can do to improve the service.
